Position: Brand Account Executive

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the team on daily tasks for e-store management, customer service, campaign management/execution and analytical studies.

  • Perform extensive research and analyst for Brands to identify industry trends and opportunities to help business growth.

  • Plan and execute all marketing activation in accordance to the campaign plan or project liaising with internal as well as external stakeholders.

  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

  • Assist the manager in the preparation of analytical reports including campaign performance reports and attend meetings with Brands.

  •  Provide on sales training programs for Brands.

  • Assist on pitches and strategy building for all prospective clients. Follow up on business leads.

Requirements:

  • Education background in business, e-commerce, marketing or any related fields.

  • Experience in producing business/performance analysis relevant to e-commerce, digital marketing or similar (Can be from existing course works).

  • Experience working in an e-commerce company would be an added advantage.

  • Exhibits strong e-commerce business acumen and is up to date on tech/digital trend in Malaysia.

  • Advanced skills using applicable software (Excel) and computer applications to generate analyses and reports.

  • Demonstrate strong time management, being able to prioritize tasks and being multi-tasking.

  • Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients.

  • Creative, independent and great team player.
