Position: Brand Account Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships with like-minded brands, their distributors, manufacturers, and retailers who intend to venture into e-commerce channels.

  • Develop and oversee the strategic plan, and associated campaigns for how we can enhance brand presence or market penetration online.

  • Implement frameworks, coaching and guidance to Brands’ activities including organising campaigns, product launches and business events.

  • Act as the key liaison with brand partners (Sales, marketing or e-commerce) with responsibilities that include:

    - Lead development of online/e-commerce strategy with superior and brand. Identify potential marketing value, budget and ROI on all partnership

    opportunities in support of business goals.

    - Responsible for driving assortment growth especially long tail SKUs across all categories and also the operation aspect of stock availability prior to

    on-boarding.

    - Develop effective and comprehensive content with brands ideal for enhancing conversion rate onsite.

    - Identify potential growth opportunity across e-commerce ecosystem, enabling brand to easily kick start multi-channel selling.

  • Manage a team of brand executive and business analyst – Ability to define analytic insight for brand that will help evaluate areas of improvements and

    new opportunities for growth.

  • Also to guide the team in from a data driven approach.

  • Prepare regular analytical reports including campaign performance reports and recommendations for improvement as well as attend meetings with Brands

    to ensure target achievement.

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher in marketing, business, finance and any related fields.

  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in related field of work.

  • Diverse skill set that includes the ability to conceptualise, quantify, communicate and implement strategic marketing /media partnerships

  • Strong relationship management, planning, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.

  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to fully understand brand strategy and strategically growth opportunities. Well versed in promotion

    strategies and tactics.

  • Solution-orientated approach to problem solving; ability to pivot conversations and recommend creative solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solution, any e-commerce/web solutions (as user).

  • Knowledge in analytical solutions (eg: Google Analytics etc) would be an added advantage.
